Nc3 Nc6 3. f4 g6 { Peacemaker: Hello again! } 4. Nf3 Bg7 5. g4 { Apocalypse: Yes, we're back to bumping heads again. Though this opening isn't ideal/favorable for White as we're playing CC and as strong a player as youself, there's no surprise playing it, but for me it's the fight, hoping to at least put up a good enough fight before losing and should I squeeze one through to win it'll be that much better to move forward to the next round. Hoping too that it'll go W or L not a Draw. } 5... d6 { Peacemaker: We'll see, we had already some nice matches with some hard fights... Finally it will be for sure an intessting game since we leave the theory already after 5 moves and the reason isn't, we can't play... } 6. h3 { Apocalypse: Yes we have and true. } 6... e6 7. Bg2 { Apocalypse: I like to play the anti-Sicilian moves slow the sharp moves. I wouldn't say out of theory quite yet, for me anyway, maybe what your use to and conventional you could say. I have others I like to play if the right moves are played. I don't play Bc4, I may try the Bb5 my usual next time. I don't see too that if one leaves a theory line of moves at any time, whether early/middle/toward end that one can't play. I don't agree that it as anything to do with one's abilities to play. That's another thing I like about Thematic games. The conversation has gone below the screen on my phone and I have a devil of a time scrolling down. If it seems that I'm avoid your talk please PM me to look and I'll have to find a Wi-Fi place to use laptop. Life is short as well as this Tourney and to shake up this D.O. Tree. There are many still left here and only 2 more rounds. A Lose either way will shorten the list. There looks to be a multiple winner as it is, round 7 and/or 8 would be a welcomed option, lol! I still wouldn't change this if it were. Certainly no one in the Top 20 or in any D.O.'s, tournies would dare play this but what the heck, lol. Have fun. } 7... h5 8. g5 Nge7 { Peacemaker: It is always fun playing a strong opponent, you can lose or win or play a draw, but with a strong opponent you'll mostly learn something and that's what makes life interessting, isn't it? } 9. d3 { Apocalypse: Yes indeed, that's right. That is something that never stops. } 9... O-O 10. Be3 d5 11. Bxc5 d4 12. Ne2 Qa5+ 13. b4 Qc7 14. Qd2 Rd8 15. O-O { Apocalypse: I had guessed some move wrong as usual and always, lol. One I had thought would moved the Q earlier to Qb6 or perhaps secondly Qa5. I liked to have move b3 sometime, you wouldn't let me and forced b4. Take it now I love b4 as in 1.b4, lol, but just not quite at this point, lol. Your going to have to push that f-pawn sooner or later and how long are you going to be able to hold on to the d-pawn before it's lost? Time will tell as usual. These are excellent games and exciting to see what moves have come to be/produced and very interesting to say the least. } 15... a5 16. b5 b6 17. Ba3 { Apocalypse: An excellent game, thanks for playing! } { Game Over: Well, 11...d4 was a bad misclick, the game is over for black since that. Congratulations! } 1-0
